The Malanda Dairy Centre adjacent to the dairy factory, gives an historic account of the dairy industry through interactive interpretive displays.

Guided tours of the dairy factory are conducted where visitors can view milk production and cheese making.

The onsite cafe/restaurant features a "Tastes of the Tablelands" menu, where a variety of dairy products and local produce can be sampled.
