Portrait artist, Jeanette Sellwood values drawing in her own arts practice and that of her students.
This workshop will concentrate on extending drawing skills as applied to portraiture and is suitable for all levels of ability and experience.
Using conte crayons, charcoal, pastel and paint, elements of composition, form, tonal values and colour mixing will be explored. Skills of observation, emotion and intuition will be developed, resulting in several sketches or paintings to add to your portfolio.
